The item received was different to the advertised item brand. The seller provided documentation which stated this. No contact made to me at all regarding this. This is a fraudulent transaction. Your recourse has been to simply send the items back for a refund without dealing with the underlying issue of misrepresentation. I run a business and follow all commerce laws. I have taken advise on this issue and expect you to take positive action. I am a very annoyed customer.
