Rang seller who was not helpful and didnt seem to know the product. Seller did not seem to want to help. If I didnt have friends with knowledge I would have had to ship back to seller. The video & pictures you sent to us shows clearly the burner works perfectly, But you keep asking us send you new solenoid. If that solenoid is faulty, the burner will NOT work. But it works PERFECTLY on your video. We messaged you if you believe that solenoid is faulty you can send it back to us, we will check it, if it's faulty we will fix it, if we can't fix it we send you new one, but more than 2 months now you still not send it to us. That burner has no any issue.
