My item was lost in shipping. I contacted seller and eBay. After verifying my order was lost I was issued a refund.

The buyer's item was lost in mail by USPS and the order was refunded in full. We also offered to re-ship the item to the buyer, but they chose to be refunded. Obviously we cannot hand deliver purchased items, and we are dependent upon shipping services to preform their job. From time to time packages are lost in the mail, it happens. We are always quick to resolve the issue-which in this case was a full refund to the buyer
