Dangerously thin and sharp blades. Lethal mix.
They are deadly sharp and too thin blades which means cutting fingers far too often as the blade is not stable during slicing. I won’t use them. They are dangerous and NOT Swiss Made as my previous set was. The previous set I bought years ago and they are perfect and never were a problem with cutting fingers given blade integrity.

Excellent knives - cut really well
These steak knives are great. Nice and sharp. Easy to saw through bread, steak, etc. Purchased more of the same knives because I love them. Excellent value. I chose black as the handles might be hard to remove stains if another colour and they matched my existing ones. I prefer to have these knives on the table for guests rather than my fancy stainless steel knives as they are much easier to cut with.These steak knives are great. Nice and sharp. Easy to saw through bread, steak, etc. Purchased more of the same knives because I love them. Excellent value. I chose black as the handles might be hard to remove stains if another colour and they matched my existing ones.
