The LG GW520 is a well made and stylish mobile. I think it is easy to use and the keypad makes text and emailing very easy. The setup is like having a laptop in your hand. Music player I think is brilliant on this phone no need to carry an mp3 or ipod, this mobile does it all.
The LG GW520 wants to be the best buddy of social-networking fiends, but other handsets are more suited to the role. This phone's lack of Wi-Fi and iffy touchscreen are big turn-offs Good Great keyboard Decent Web browser Good range of widgets Bad Short battery life Poor touchscreen No Wi-Fi Conclusion LG is obviously aiming the GW520 at those who like to indulge in a spot of social networking, but there are better handsets out there for the task. This phone offers only Facebook integration, and has a poor touchscreen that makes the handset quite annoying to use at times.
this is a great wee phone, i bought it for my daughter because all her friends have one, she loves it and it is easy for her to use.
Im writing this review AFTER having gotten a Blackberry, which are obviously in different leagues, but this phone is good, very easy to use and fab if youre a heavy messeger like me. The features are ok in that it supports Java apps and most apps that you would want are available as Java apps. attery life isn't great, but I got a spare battery which i took when i needed it.
very poor battery life , even after purchasing a brand new battery, cant access the internet as it won't store the internet text required, over all a very poor phone
