Easy to read but not for me.
The book is easy to read but some important information like spending two weeks beforehand with no fats & no sugar is pretty vague.I started listening to CD as eager to get started only to find you have to diet!! which is what I was trying to get away from. I started anyway & it didn't work for me. All I wanted from it was help to stop yearning for certain foods & cut down.

Hypnotic gastric band
The book is a short read but extremely good at explaining all aspects of the hypnotic gastric band, from research including a detailed explanation of how your band will work, to help in maintenance. I think if you are open minded and stick to what the book tells you to do, you will be successful.

Doesn't work, but his voice is nice
He is just cashing in on vulnerable people. We will look for lucky bag cures when desperate, and there is no cure. Otherwise he would be on prescription by doctors. My friends also tried it and still believe he is just good at marketing himself. He didn't hypnotise anyone I know tried it too. But like me, you'll only look at the positive feedback and hope it's true that he can hypno treat you. If hypnotherapy was real, wouldn't we prescribe it?He is just cashing in on vulnerable people.
