It works. I read it, stopped smoking. I’ve bought two more and passed them on to others. It’s an easy read( keep smoking until you’ve finished reading it) then be a HAPPY NON smoker.

It works.
As long as you accept the premise - that giving up smoking isn't as difficult as you think and you don't enjoy it anyway - you can probably give up smoking if you use this book. There's more to it than that, of course. Carr, who was a serious smoker in his time (100/day), understood that smokers are afraid of the withdrawal from nicotine. Once you realise they aren't that bad, and that they disappear pretty quickly, you can do it. I stopped smoking.
