    Dispatch times and delivery dates are on listings before you even purchase items. Your item was dispatched on time and you were also sent a message advising you the item had been dispatch, how could that not be good communication. Most people would say thank you, But all I got from you was constant rude messages after you had been informed your parcel had been despatched. If you are not prepared to wait for bespoke items, you should not purchase in the 1st place. NOT purchase then be rude
