I tested product right before shipping and I have a video of it working. I reduced price by $20 because it was for kids in "hospital". I paid $10 more shipping so they could get before Christmas. I had it insured and told buyer to take to USPS to start a claim. I think that they were just trying to get a refund to get a christmas doll that was, in fact, working.
