amazingly quick shipment. HOWEVER, so poorly packaged that recipient must take extreme precautions just accessing what is inside. This is a cloth item and was shipped in a long plastic bag replete with strong tape. The ONLY way to get at the rug is with a blade of some sort. Slowly, carefully, no mistakes allowed so as not to cut the merch. Just a no-brainer to find another way to ship it so the customer does not end up destroying the lovely rug.
