This shoe stretcher does the job well. It's a good solid item and can be expanded easily when in the shoe. It's suitable for boots and shoes due to the long handled that can be angled down low for shoes. Tested it on a leather shoe and after leaving it in for two days the shoe pinched my toe a lot less and is now wearable. So it definitely does help tight shoes fit more comfortably by widening them.
