Incredible noise cancellation, great features (spoken caller ID, smart sensors, PC integration), good comfort, incoming sound volume, battery life, range and water resistance. Controls could be easier to use, probably not that durable. It is absolutely the right thing if making good phone calls indoors, outdoors and in the car is your goal.

It works well as for mobile Bluetooth, but when using with computer, the range is nowhere close to 30 mts. I can't go away more than 5 mts to the next door room and I loose communication Not very happy about this. Also the changing base is not very good. Has 2 changing positions. Works well when stored, even though box does not close tight as I expected. If you are changing standing up, is hard to plug in the right position and can easily stop changing if not perfectly plugged. I was expecting a bit more, considering the price.

Good productivity tool for those who always need to be communicated. As a trucker I needed a headset with a feature such as the noise canceling. For when I am driving with my window open. Another thing that I liked was the conection to multiple devices. Now I can have my work and personal phones in one ear. And finally it lets me stay connected even when separated from my device long distance when I am working with the load and left my phone charging in the cabin. It promises up to 100 meter distance bit in reality at 10 meters you are already getting disconnected. I was forgetting another thing. The battery life is great. When on it tells you the talk time available up to 7 hours. That is more than enough to let me stay connected all day. It seemed to me to be a little pricey device but in the end that is not a problem. I need to always be paying attention to the phone. But with this product I can no longer worry about missing calls. Beyond any doubt, the Plantronics Voyager series, specifically the Plantronics Voyager Legend and the Voyager 5200 are hands down the best over the ear, headset/earpiece I've every owned. Both earpieces are designed for clarity of speech and listening. The windscreen design to eliminate the problem of noise in the boom was drastically improved in the Voyager 5200 where you can literally have a conversation with someone in a good wind, and the clarity will be heard by them in spite of the seeming crazy wind around you. It is that good. With respect to it's use as a means of communicating (as opposed to music itself which is mono), the over the ear design is better to me than the in-ear design of paired earpieces. While the in-ear design is quite nice for stereo music and total noise isolation/cancellation, the problem I find is in phone conversations. In-ear products makes it sound as if my head is being used as a speaker enclosure which I find annoying. However, the Voyager 5200 does not exactly sit inside the ear. It sits just outside the ear canal allowing for a more comfortable fitting as well as a better representation of a normal, simulated side tone feedback of your voice input, allowing for a more pleasant phone communication. The result is a clear communication for me. The one problem I have had for both the Voyager Legend and the Voyager 5200 is fragility of it's design. While the Voyager 5200 is clearly an attempt at making a more solid, over the ear design improvement, an upgrade from the Voyager Legend, it is still very poor with regard to longevity when you consider the cost of a brand new authentic purchase. The boom and ear portion of the ear piece pivots on the over the ear section. The over the ear section is where the controls (volume, on/off, charge port) are located. The button to control what is being listened to (voice, music, answering and other manipulation of calls) are on the boom/in ear section. The over the ear section is covered in a soft rubberize shell, and the boom portion is a hard plastic. It is in the soft, over the ear section where the problem lies. The ear pieces I have purchased, two (2) Voyager Legend ear pieces, and I'm on my 2nd Voyager 5200, have never lasted longer than two (2) years and a few months, before shorting out from the breakdown of the soft rubberized, over the ear section. It starts out feeling looser, and becomes more pliable, resulting in shorting out of the connection between the two sections. It has been over these last two purchases I have become adamant at solving this eventuality since it is apparent Plantronics doesn't plan to solve this in the very near future. It's as if they too have signed on to the disposable, short term, life span of a product, contributing to more pollution of our environment, let alone a steady income of guaranteed replacements by loyal consumers. I have cleaned my ear piece with soft cloths dampened with peroxide, distilled water, etc., to remove any evidence of skin oil from the ear piece. This happens sometimes when you find you have your ear piece on for hours on end. I have tried also removing my ear piece after each call, but an ear piece designed to be in contact with the human, 98.6 degree temperature body should be tested to be acceptable to such an environment. Period. I have called and left emails with Plantronics, and I have yet to receive any communication on this matter. In the end, while it is a superior product, it fails in design with regard to durability. It's ability to withstand typical, normal use as supposedly designed is quite poor, resulting in an average purchase cost of around $45 per year of use. In my opinion, this sucks. These are the facts of a fantastic ear piece the Voyager Legend and 5200 (newer) are. So, once again, I am looking for a good deal on a new Plantronics Voyager 5200 because I am not willing to fork over big bucks in a new search of another replacement. I hate the "hit or miss". This certainly falls in line with the life cycle in a disposable ideology. I hope someone out there who has found a suitable replacement will alert me to which I should look at now. I do love the performance of the Voyager 5200. I hope at some point there is a magic process to at least get it to last as long as my Bose and Jabre earpieces I used for years, yet put to the side once I discovered the superiority of the Voyager Legend/5200 series. Very quality product and I use it more than I thought I would. It has great range and clarity, it is also comfortable to avoid having a screen pressed against your face. Good product overall and simply a must have for me now.
