I can only say, this is beautiful. As soon as I placed the order, I contacted the seller about the name I would like. Almost immediately, I got a lovely reply back, it was no problem.
I got the mug this morning (21-5-2024) packaged fantastically. Well padded. The mug feels lovely in the hand. It's a present for an older relative, she will love it. (Haven't washed it yet, but am sure the name will hold up)
