Great intercom
Great quality intercom. So happy it has a privacy switch too. And also love it because it has a loud yet clear and gentle bell sound instead of buzzer which doesn’t annoy my dog!

Great simple door intercom handset
A much better design than the old Bell 801 handset. Easy to fit as it was replacing an old 1990s unit, although I did have to modify the mounting holes slightly due to not quite aligning. The sound is clear and the buzzer is a nice electronic sound rather than the old harsh buzz! I will recommend this to my neighbours as they still have the old unit.

Arrived promptly. Simple, though fiddly to fit, but no tradesmen needed - just mark the order of the wires on the original phone before removing them and fitting to the new one.
