They made me and offer that I accepted then paid for and had confirmation email that it had been sent then was cancelled and told they couldn’t go through with the sale even though it was supposedly dispatched

Please note, this listing is for second hand doors. As we did not have a message from the buyer before purchase, we had no idea of the size of door that the buyer required. After purchase, the buyer sent us a message requesting a door size we did not have in our secodn hand door stock. As per our listing information, PLEASE message us before purchase so we can advise if we have that door size in stock. Order was refunded in full and as we did not have in stock, obviously not sent.
