As we did not have a message from the buyer before purchase, we had no idea of the size of door that the buyer required. After purchase, the buyer sent us a message requesting a door size we did not have in our secodn hand door stock. As per our listing information, PLEASE message us before purchase so we can advise if we have that door size in stock. Order was refunded in full and as we did not have in stock, obviously not sent.

On this order it was Sendle. As advertised, it was still Aust Post however I did receive within the "time frame" but Aust Post would have been a lot faster and its tracking is better .Overall I am pleased.
