    Exceptional book if you are ready for it, and that is the core issue. It offers a significant insight into a reality few are aware of and even fewer can accept. In introducing you to the deeper philosophy of Buddhism the author also links it with the various traditions and sects that offer a wide spectrum of views on the most subtle aspects. You don't have to read it all because there is much that enables you to understand how to live a life in harmony with all that is. The specific focus on dying and the means to ensure your continued journey would need far more support than the book alone can give you, but it does explain the process. I have personally found that reading it has helped me attune more to peaceful living, and appreciate the stages of dying that allow a peaceful transition. ...
