If you want a basic phone for phone calls and text this is a great little phone, long battery life on standby, plenty of ring tones, no fuss reliable phone. Does not do Internet or have a web browser or smart features. This purchase is my 2nd of this model as the first one I wore it out (bought in 2012) and used daily until battery packed up. Takes a full size sim card. If unlocked SIM FREE model it will work on any UK network apart from Three (I am on Giff Gaff). Highly recommended for value and reliability. 5 stars

Simplicity with easy to use capability, long life stanby, robust phone.Samsung seriously good phone. This phone replaced my old Nokia which I lorded it ease of use, untill I got this little Samsung. Out of this world and priced to meet everyone budget, great buy, excellent product.
Basic and easy to use. Very light weight and good battery life. But there is a drawback - when you change the battery and turn it on again you will have to set the time and date. A bit annoying. Overall, good for basic communication.
I wanted something standard for my mother as she isn't into modern techology. Therferore I was looking for something simple and easy to use. No additional gadgets as these new android etc. It was a perfect gift for my mum as she loved it and it is really easy to use. She managed it immediately as elder people aren't user friend with new technologies or at least they don't want to learn. Samsung is a good brand and know it will last her long. thx
