Of all the LG around-the-neck headsets I've owned, the HBS-910 has by far been my favorite. The sound is sublime. Deep bass. Clear mids. I mean it's Harman Kardon, so of course it sounds great! Phone calls sound crisp and clean. I use my headsets to connect with my TV via Bluetooth every single day, and the sound from TV shows and movies is phenomenal. Super comfortable earbuds. The neckband was designed well and doesn't tend to shift and turn around the neck with body movement like most other headsets do. I'm truly at a loss as to why LG discontinued the 910's. They're getting very difficult to find brand new at a reasonable price. My last couple HBS-910's were open box or refurbished. (Disclaimer: I'm very hard on my headsets. I can wear out a brand new headset in 6-9 months but it's not an indication of poor product design, just my heavy usage.)Read full review

I BELIEVE THIS IS A KNOCK OFF VERSION. IVE OWNED SEVERAL LG BLUETOOTH HEADSETS INCLUDING A 910 BEFORE AND IM NOT SURE THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL. HAS ALL THE MARKINGS BUT THE BUDS ARE DIFFICULT TO PULL OUT. DOESNT HAVE THE NORMAL START UP SIGNATURE SOUNDS FROM THE AUTOMATED VOICE. COMPLETED DIFFERENT. ALSO THE SOUND QUALITY IS ALMOST AS GOOD AS THE 910 IVE OWNED PREVIOUSLY. THE BATTERY LIFE IS ABOUT A DAY TO A DAY AND A 3RD WHICH IS NOT LIKE THE PREVIOUS VERSIONS INCLUDING THE PREVIOUS 910S IVE OWNED. WELL WHEN IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS. ADVERTISED AS BRAND NEW LG 910 AND IM 99.9 PERCENT SURE ITS A KNOCK OFF ALTHOUGH IT DOES HAVE THE MARKINGS BUT ITS NOT A TRUE LG.

The product fits great in my ears but it has a muffled sound to when talking to others. By that I mean the person on the other end of the phone sometimes sounds muffled. Additionally, the mic picks up all of the background noise, even the smallest sound so you have to be very quiet when talking. I think the biggest disappointment about it is the range. It has such a short range it's almost a joke. However, the sound it produces when listening to music is AWESOME!

This model is not as nice or easy to use as model 900 I was replacing. Sound is great. Earbuds require 2 hands to pull out, one to pull the bud and the other to hold the set on your neck. Set does not hold charge for long. Needs to be charged everyother day, even though it isn't turned on/used more than 2 hours daily; to and from work.

It’s stopped pairing with my phone a 1/2 hour into use and could not get it back to pair and it couldn’t be paired again for some time later after powered down. Scam product. Not real LG. I know this because I own the real deal. Ask to see pictures of bottom of devices for real LG serial # label. Total rip off.
