    My 1st non-positive ever. Just the facts: I won an undamaged item, and received it damaged. The seller's response was "I'm sorry FedEx damaged your item". After it was determined that the item was not suitably packed (zero damage to the outer box) I was offered only $20, so I can disassemble and hammer out the dents, and still never have a perfect item. My bid alone netted the seller an extra $67, and shipping was $40 on top of that. I grew tired of fooling with this, and so accepted the $20.
