It's really good for knowing how much to measure out and the read was interesting because I now know why I have insomnia. Can't sleep on this diet. Which in the book said it is a rare case, and I love the menu in the book.

Don’t bother buying
The writing is very small to read and the title font I can’t make out. The measurements and ingredients are mostly American so it’s hard to understand. I wasn’t inspired by many of the recipes either.
