The item description was not the correct product. I had to review the buyer's website to see the item description. The description was advertising collars. However, when I reached out via message this was clarified. The product itself is great. I find the door still blows open in the wind and cold air does get in. Maybe this is something I can fix with more magnets. The steel is top notch and the product feels premium. The only downside is they do not include any security locking pack.

It is apparent the seller has no interest in customer service? To say that Aus post could not deliver is nothing short of ridiculous, I have mail delivered from them almost every day AND there are two delivery collection centres no more that 2km from where I live?
Then there is the refund? They keep saying they will refund but as of yet I have received nothing? Not one cent!
Totally unacceptable service and certainly a company I will avoid in tge future.
