Firstly the colour, I ordered White, the box came ticked as white, but up against our doors it's more like cream. Also the the frame does not slot into the aluminium door frames so you have to use the weather strip to get a seal, it could have been so much better if it slotted inside the door frame. Maybe it's an American design that does not have the same aluminium extrusions that we do. I even had to grind down my locking tabs to fit.

The description was advertising collars. However, when I reached out via message this was clarified. The product itself is great. I find the door still blows open in the wind and cold air does get in. Maybe this is something I can fix with more magnets. The steel is top notch and the product feels premium. The only downside is they do not include any security locking pack.

I have this product at home and purchased from this same company - it works really well and looks great. Unfortunately it has a limited lifespan. Contacted the company to reorder, they had no stock - fine, it happens, I am willing to wait. But on their site it is available!! Why not just say not available at this time.
