  • Great value CPU for AES-NI support build on older Dell hardware

Replaced a pair of 4100 series Opterons in a Dell R415. Was replacing the MB to a V2 so decided on a lower power proc that was also AES-NI supported (the 4100 didn't support AES). Used this on a pfsense box so really didn't require the HP. The system idles between 0 and 1% CPU usage at around 28C. Perfect CPU for a low power 1U system.
