    The picture frame was as described and packed well enough when it finally arrived. However, the estimated delivery date when I paid was 3/28-4/4. On 4/5 I hadn't received any shipping info so I contacted the seller. The seller never communicated directly but I got a standard email that the frame was being packed. It finally arrived on 4/15, unfortunately too late for the show. I will use it for another project but very disappointed in the slow shipping and lack of communication.

    would've preferred a flat shipping container such as 22 pieces of cardboard taped together to help flatten it out. Product came out of package and was all curled, left wrinkles after application was quick to deliver and the price was acceptable for the condition of the item.
