Small, lightweight and easy to connect. I use it on my 13 pin car outlet to connect my 7 pin bike carrier which is supported by tow bar and has lights and number plate. Excellent product.

I have a 13 Pin connection on the car, so to get the adaptor to fit I had to remove the mud cover because the connection on the car is a tight fit. There is no cover on the 7 Pin end which means you can't leave it on the car because it fills with rubbish from the roads. Should be a cover on both ends. Be prepared
These converters offer fine flexibility between 7 and 13 pin wiring systems. Mine work really well. However, a small note. When plugged in, they turn off the fog lamps on your car..........sensible enough, to stop distracting reflections from your trailer or caravan. However, don't take the car for an MOT with the converter still plugged in.......or you will fail. Broke after first use
The protective flap broke after it's first use. The flap stops water ingress when not connected to the trailer plug, The plastic is too thin. Not fit for purpose. this is the second Maypole product that I've found to be unsatisfactory.
