Ease of integration for Samsung users
Solid purchase for anyone already with Samsung as the pairing is very fast and barely has any issues since purchase. The bass response is lacking however so for anyone after a more bassy feel. These will leave you hanging. There are multiple settings available via the Samsung gear app which is easy enough to navigate through. Charge times are quick for what it's worth. Intuitive enough to customise it to your liking and lasts almost a full day at work. I can't fault them as I've mentioned before. With the new galaxy buds coming out soon. Galaxy buds
The buds are really good and I wouldn't use anything elsewhere I'm using a samsung phone the note 9 it's works great I've had no hiccups so far and the last update was great I use them everyday with my work because I work in a very busy environment the noice dosent make it in to the buds unless I want them to and the dampening on the sound like if I hear a really loud sound they can dampen the sound to make it easier for my ears to digest the sound I love this productVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Better than Airpods for half the price
You don’t need to take them out to talk. The battery life is huge. They don’t get caught on your shirt or mask. They switch devices quicker! The only (minor) problems I have with them are due to either Apple, or iOS app, developer incompetence (being hostile to non apple products and testing = Doesn’t appear in Spotify list of devices). I’m also concerned with how long the Samsung app will be maintained, but so far worth it, and I doubt I’ll buy another pair of Airpods again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great headphones. Excellent sound, ambient mode is really handy for listening to music and still be able to hear the family clearly. Took a few tries to get the best fit with wingtip and silicone tip sizes but once I worked out the best fit it's been really good. No problem with running out of battery so far at all.
