Purchased a leather phone case for my iPhone 11 and after fast shipping received the wrong sized case. I messaged the seller straight away and felt reassured it would be resolved straight away after they explained it was accidental. Item received not quite as described. Length of audio cable advertised as 1.5m (original packaging indicates 1.5m) but length is only 1.3m. Not an issue for my application, but might be for others.
Ordered 2. 1 is faulty. Red plug - the ground wire is not connected - centre pin is OK. Wire sheathing is brittle and damaged at entry point to rear of red plug. White plug - both wires connected OK (but sheathing started to show signs of stress/damage already. Do not trust that they will last long.
