Blitzschneller Versand. Gestern bestellt und heute da. Leider hat der Vorbesitzer den alten Schlauch etwas zu gutmütig abgeschnitten und der gelieferte Schlauch war dementsprechend leider zu kurz.
Ich habe habe auch das Teillastventil bei diesem Anbieter gekauft und habe keine Probleme mit diesem.

Ich habe M12x1,5 in Schwarz bestellt - geliefert wurde M14x1,25 in Schwarz, angeblich im Lager "vergriffen". Direkt nach dem Kauf und noch vor dem Versand wurde das Angebot von Verkäufer "überarbeitet" und die Farbe in "Silber" geändert, was ich sehr auffällig fand. Nach Lieferung der falschen Größe kam dann eine richtige "Rumeierei", das Rücksendeetikett zu gross zum Ausdrucken - plötzlich war der VK im Urlaub usw. Die Rückzahlung kam dann über den eBay-Käuferschutz! NIE WIEDER

Meinen Jahresurlaub werde ich nicht mit ihnen diskutieren! Sie haben den Artikel in silber bestellt. Der wird seit Jahren in silber angepriesen. Wir haben den Artikel überarbeitet damit diese Eigenschaft deutlicher hervorgeht. Sie haben die Rückgabe gewünscht, das ist alles kein Problem. Leider waren sie aber nicht fähig den Artikel zeitnah zurückzusenden. Dafür haben sie Wochen gebraucht. Wenn sie ein Rücksendeetikett nicht drucken können, suchen Sie den Fehler nicht bei uns.

Für Ihre Defizite kann ich nichts. Erst Nachdenken, bevor man Lügen schreibt! Ich habe den Artikel in M12 "SCHWARZ" bestellt und M14 in "SCHWARZ" bekommen. Ich habe mich SOFRT bei Ihnen gemeldet. Da haben SIE den Vorschlag gemacht, ihn umzutauschen, da SIE sich im Lager "vergriffen" hätten. Ich verneinte und wollte nur ein Rücksende-Etikett. Dies wurde von Ihnen in "MAXIMALGRÖSSE" gesendet, welches ich somit umformatieren musste. Und der Artikel wurde SOFORT an SIE zurück gesendet! ERBÄRMLICH !!
