    Finally after much effort and support it seems to be working.

    Finally got it to work yesterday. Had to take it into the apple store Genius Bar to recipe the hard drive and install Catalina and transfer files from old Mac. Since migration software does not support migrating from El Capitan to High Serra or newer.
