I was a little confused at first as to how to put this on comfortably. I found it difficult to put my little chihuahua in it without dropping her, so I don’t know how I would go with a human baby! Maybe I bought one too small. I did follow the size instructions carefully, but it is a snug fit. However, once I got her in and adjusted it to her comfort it was very comfortable to wear and absolutely no strain on your back at all. I can recommend this product.
