The items were securely packaged and despite arriving in the U.K. from the U.S. arrived safely ahead of schedule. The shims were of perfect size and the dense nature of the brass, sitting completely in contact with the floor of the bridge slot, resulted in perfect raising of the strings and full transfer of their vibrations to the guitar body producing excellent sustain from all six. Excellent product, excellent seller. Thank you.
