They sending me item is damage, but they no refund us. I don’t understand what you want me to do.

When the Customer complained about the damaged Jar (which is due to the RoyalMail) I offered him free replacement or full refund & to keep the damaged jar.
But the client being greedy wanted two jars instead of one for free.
Now I have asked him to send us the Jar back (for that I will pay the postage on both sides). I do not wish to bend for greed
