    This is An Excellent Workout for 50 and Over and For Anyone Recovering from Injuries (or exercising arthritic shoulders!). I truly enjoyed this workout. It was easy to keep up with, the instructor was pleasant and encouraging, and the moves were gentle. Your knees, hips, back and shoulders will be protected and thoroughly exercised. Includes warm-up, cardio, toning, stretching, and cool-down. Throughout the entire workout Sue constantly reminds you to listen to your body and also explains what exercising and toning various muscles will do for each area of your body.
