Unfortunately there was an error with the order as I'd ordered four mugs but only one had arrived. I messaged the seller who responded to me in a quick and professional manner to investigate the issue. Once they realised what had happened they sent four more mugs out to me the next day. Accidents happen, human error exists, but I cannot fault the seller. They did a great job correcting their mistake and were super helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this seller!
