I believe the red twisted netting belt was added at a later time...(likely 1960s or 1970s). The are a few patches that were put inside the skirt that have repaired some small holes (refer to last photo)..but even though it has several repairs, the gingham print hides them well, and the dress has plenty life left in it! PLEASE REFER TO THE ZOOM FEATURE ON THE PHOTOS FOR MORE DETAILS AND DESCRIPTIONS.”
