Seller improperly/poorly packaged for international shipping of art. Art was damaged in transit. Challenging seller to work with. Ultimately he offered a reasonable resolution, but it took a lot of effort and time on my behalf. Quick responses though!

Thank you for the transaction, and once again, sorry for the inconvenience caused in shipping! Challenging to offer a smooth and fast resolution to a buyer that doesn't ultimately know himself and present long stories to avoid giving an answer to what he wants in terms of a fair resolution/refund when humbly asked over and over again. Also to add that buyer took 3 weeks and stalled decision on a partial reimbursement and to offer eBay's pending request a 'YES' or 'NO' so we all can move on...
