    Advertised as refurbished, “all items in excellent condition”. Unit arrived w loud rattles in package. Item had been taken apart and 50% of screws were not put back but were loose in package. Notified seller and they didn’t care, they don’t accept returns.

    Paul R Troost D.O. Statements are false. his response was received prior to him receiving the order according to Fed Ex. I immediately offered to send return shipping slip and accept return. He refused to return. He is a very angry man. I have no idea how to help him.
