      Seems okay, good for the occasional sharpen, requires user knowledge.

      Smaller than you think. Seems to do the job. Well constructed. With regular use I wouldn't expect a long life out of it but it should do for the occasional sharpening. It's rounded and quite pointy and small in diameter at the end so should be able to get in tight spots. The effectiveness of your sharpening using this tool will depend on user skill almost completely. Learn how to hold an angle during sharpening or you'll get nowhere, fast.
