    Problem Solved

    My old cruise buttons were crumbling and falling apart as old plastic will do. I ordered these new controls and installed them on my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT. The cruise works great and the steering wheel has a new look. Only a touch will operate the controls now. Install was easy enough. Be sure you disconnect the battery before removing the air bag. I did disconnect the attached ribbon cable from the controls and replaced only the controls. The whole fix only took about 15 - 20 minutes. I'm very happy with the end result.

    Looks and fits nice!

    Fits nice and looks great. Just keep in mind that you can't just swap out the switches. They don't fit the factory harness connection. You must disassemble part of the steering wheel and change the entire harness and switches. Takes just a few minutes and a little patience.

    Great for my 2000 Explorer

    This was a great replacement for my OEM. I simply plug & played by taking the control modules out of the new wiring and then placed it on the old wiring. Night lights on it were dimmer than the OEM version but at least I didn't pay OEM price.

    03 Ford F150 Cruise Control steering wheel switch replacement

    Easy to install with a few simple tools. You just have to be careful while routing the cable around your steering wheel. There is no reason to remove anything besides the airbag/horn to gain access to change the cruise control switches. Highly recommend this item.
