I have used this bike every day for 2 weeks and am very pleased with it. It was delivered in a box and needed some basic assembly but the saddle and post was missing. I contacted "E-bikes Direct" and I received the missing part within 2 days. This to me is a sign of a good company who cares about customer service and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
