Seller never listened to my instructions and just shipped the fragile book out in a plastic bag. I asked seller to pack well between strong cardboard and to maybe pack in a box. So not dents or bending. Damage to book corners on delivery and dents to front cover. Book is used, but this could have occurred in delivery. Shameful performance.
