  • Decent book, designed for a VERY specific reader only.

Overall a decent book on the subject but it must be stated that this is written for a relative beginner who HAS ALREADY BEGAN SOME FORMAL TRAINING IN TAI CHI. It will do nothing for either the absolute beginner nor the advanced student. It is an interesting work as it explains the art from a western perspective.
