- 7***7 (1)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe generally good instructions lacked detail on where the nuts and washers go during assembly of the lamp, but seems to be that first you thread on the mild steel nut then drop onto that the mild steel steel washer, then the rubber washer, then sit the the light shade onto that and finally screw down with finger tightness whilst holding the stem under the lamp with the other hand the brass nut. The owner advised when the lamp should arrive but I received it 2 days early, super fast delivery and the packaging couldn't have been better and everything arrived in mint condition. I purchased a floor lamp with a contemporary stained glass shade and LOVE it. I certainly will be shopping here for all my lighting needs. THANK YOU.

It didnt match my expectations so I reached out to the seller if i can return/refund or just get the shade exchanged. The seller did far and beyond! They gave me a few options on how to proceed. Then asked me what's the new design that I liked. I was only expecting they'll send a new shade. They included a new lighting fixture and they didnt ask me to return the original one. I'm so happy with my floor lamp now! I highly recommend the seller!
