The adhesive from the donor phone is still on the battery sans any adhesive properties (won't stick to anything). It was sent in a rolled up plastic bag with the ribbon cable folded dangerously. This battery was to replace my original battery that no longer held the charge for long. This battery is actually worse than the battery I set out to replace. The money isn't so much of an issue as is how much work it takes to change it.

Unfortunately it arrived in unusable condition so I sent photos to the seller who refunded me promptly without fuss! I packed it up to ship back to the seller but they insisted the photos were enough to refund without returning the damaged goods. It’s so refreshing to deal with wonderful sellers such as this. Batteries are often shipped with low charge, especially lithium, but one has no charge and one very low. My phones are "unable to charge" which may be an issue with the phones or with the batteries. Seller responded quickly to my concern and has offered a free replacement, but I will wait to see if it is my old phones that are the problem. Which I suspect is true. I do recommend this seller. Very trustworthy.
