This felt baize was difficult to measure, cut and handle due to being folded tightly in squares and not sent in a roll. It is described as "mini-roll". Despite eventually seeing that the listing says "might be delivered folded", the multitude of deep, heavy creases in the backing paper made it very awkward to use. It does lie flat when separated and applied, but it seems quite unnecessary to put buyers to this inconvenience when it could (like another supplier I have since used) be rolled.

Initial contact was very good and my questions answered. Otherwise very good service and product is reasonable, darker and much flatter than the photo. Postage price was high but they included the customs charges yet it still cost quite a bit more once it went through the system so needs to be updated perhaps. Overall this seller appears to be quite good..

8 heavy creases due to being folded and sent flat no the correct way to send this type of material but sellers attitude was ‘open up a returns case’ what does that solve for future customers - Nothing! Listing states ‘mini rolls’ don’t expect it to come rolled in a tube as clearly it won’t.
Poor delivery methods, poor customer services and poor attitude re Seller.
New - Yes but ruined due to being folded.
