Si por alguna razón consideras necesario realizar el cambio de algún artículo, te rogamos que leas atentamente las siguientes condiciones:

- Para cualquier artículo que no sea denominado de uso íntimo o se trate de un artículo precintado sin abrir, el cliente tiene derecho a devolverlo en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales desde su recepción.

- Todos los artículos deberán ser devueltos con su envoltorio original en perfecto estado.

- Las prendas de ropa deberán probarse, siempre, sobre otras piezas y nunca directamente sobre el cuerpo.

- Los artículos de uso íntimo una vez usados o desprecintados perderán automáticamente la garantía.

- Los gastos de envió (ida y vuelta) y reenvío irán a cargo del comprador, salvo si se trate de un defecto de fábrica o de un error por nuestra parte en la preparación del pedido.

- El cliente deberá informarnos por e-mail de su intención de devolver un producto y el motivo.

- Si se trata de un problema o de un defecto del producto, deberá especificarlo en el e-mail y, si es relevante, adjuntar unas fotos. En cuyo caso, nos haremos cargo de los gastos de vuelta. Entonces enviaremos por e-mail al comprador la etiqueta prepagada del porte para pegarla encima del paquete y entregar en una oficina de Correos (envío certificado con seguimiento).

- Si la devolución es por cualquier otro motivo (cambio de opinión, error por parte del cliente al calcular o comunicarnos su talla o medidas, dirección incorrecta, retraso por culpa del transportista, etc...), todos los gastos de envió (ida y vuelta) y reenvío irán a cargo del comprador.

- Los artículos deberán ser enviados por Correos por carta certificada o por mensajería, con número de seguimiento. Si se devuelve el dinero de la compra, no se devolverá el importe del envío. Lo restaremos directamente del importe total a devolver.

- De acuerdo con la ley de Comercio Minorista de venta a distancia (párrafo 3 del artículo 45), en lencería íntima no se pueden admitir devoluciones por motivos de higiene, así que no se admitirán devoluciones una vez abierto el envoltorio que protege al producto o usadas las prendas.
