Dead silent and they look great too! Brand new so not even broken in yet BUT they do sound fantastic. Actually a bit surprised, wasn't expecting at this price point. I have tried red base, bad boy and Mullar 6sn7's, if these mature well they'll sound better than anything I've tried so far. Using on an Alan Eaton custom 300b mono amp combo. I'll need to try these with the AE 45 tube mono amps also. AAA+++ Seller.
