The classic game of strategy gets the full multimedia treatment with the release of Hasbro Interactive's Othello CD-ROM. The object of the game is enclose one or more of your opponent's playing pieces between two of your own. Each person takes turns placing black or white discs onto a gameboard made up of 64 squares. Once you enclose your opponent's discs, they will change to your color. The person who has the most discs at the end of the game is considered the winner. <br><br>Othello CD-ROM lets you play against full-motion video likenesses of either Albert Einstein or Leonard da Vinci with up to seven levels of difficulty. The CD also allows you to view a complete tutorial with strategy tips on the opening, mid-, and end-game. Three game boards are available to play on: marble, official, or sand. Want to practice your moves in different game situations? You can either set the board up yourself or try to solve different puzzles in as few moves as possible.
