Helps a lot
At first I was a little disappointed when placing the camera on the tripod .. slips slowly without holding the position until I found the screw (right at the base of the stick to position the camera) that fits and holds it firm. It was cool to use at the beach .. You can attach it outside the car, the woods (not stouts) or just bend the pins and hang it from a branch. Best pocket camcorder tripod out there! This is a perfect set of feature all in one little package. The head is very smooth and the magnetic feet are very very strong.

FANTASTIC!!!!!
Great little go anywhere tripod!! I use the tripod while out training horses to take videos while I'm at work. The handy little GorillaPod grabs ahold to the round-pen rails and doesn't let go!! Perfect tripod for horse trainers that are trying to video tape while they train their horses.

Nice tripod. Light, reliable and versatile. If your camcorder is too heavy, it may move slightly due to the weight. But it can be fixed tightening the nut.
